Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Salary: £13.75 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and proactive individual to help transform our playground into a positive and engaging lunchtime space. You will work with our pastoral team to encourage active play, teamwork, and respectful interactions.
In this role you will:
* Assist children with meals and routines in the dining hall
* Lead structured games, sports and imaginative outdoor activities
* Promote inclusivity by involving quieter or less confident pupils
* Monitor behaviour and encourage positive conflict resolution
* Maintain a happy and consistent presence across the playground
