About the Role
* Drive sales across corporate, private, and social event markets.
* Respond to enquiries, create compelling proposals, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings, showcasing the venue’s heritage and capabilities.
* Plan and coordinate events with attention to detail, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
* Manage relationships with clients from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.
* Work closely with operations, catering, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
* Represent the venue at networking events, showcases, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in event sales, venue sales, hospitality sales, or event planning.
* A commercially minded approach with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events at different stages.
* A passion for delivering high-quality events in unique or historic settings.
