Reliability Engineer - Job Description (Short)Monday to Friday - Days onlySalary: £56,000 + BenefitWe are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, playing a key role in improving performance across production lines through continuous improvement and best practice maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement and reliability across production equipment and processesSupport planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minimise equipment downtimeEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standardsWork closely with operations and engineering teams to improve performance and efficiencyProvide reactive and technical support on production linesRequirements:Strong maintenance engineering background within manufacturingExperience in FMCG / high-speed production environments preferredKnowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automated systemsUnderstanding of PPM, CI, and maintenance strategiesStrong communication and team collaboration skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
