The Showboat is located in Pendlebury, at the heart of a housing estate. There is great potential here for live entertainment at weekends along with it's own pool and darts teams to join the local leagues.
The Showboat is currently taking approx. £5,000 per week 100% wet only. With the right operator this pub can do £6-7k per week with a good rhythm of the week, drinks offers and someone passionate about driving entertainment in a friendly, clean pub.
We are looking for an experienced operator(s) used to running pubs located in residential areas.
