Rotational Physiotherapist

CHFT are looking for Physiotherapists to join our Band 5 rotation. We are looking to recruit to a number of positions to fill in the near future and so would welcome applications from qualified Physiotherapists.
Our rotational Physiotherapists are offered supervision and training as they move through a variety of rotations in hospital and community settings. Rotations offered include:
MSK Outpatients, Respiratory, Stroke (in-patient and community), Acute In-patients (Medicine and Surgery), Community Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care and Reablement.
Candidates must have previous NHS experience either as an under graduate or post graduate to be eligible to apply for this post.
All interviews will be conducted in person. Depending on the number of successful applicants, there may be an initial face-to-face group interview, followed by a one-on-one interview for those who progress. Successful candidates must attend both stages of the interview process.

Person Specification
QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
* Registered with HCPC
* Basic understanding of Clinical Governance.
* Awareness of relevant Legislation, NSF'S/ Local and National initiatives
* Candidate must have previous NHS experience as a postgraduate or undergraduate
* Member of Professional Body
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
* Undergraduate/post graduate experience in a wide range of clinical areas
* Can demonstrate good clinical reasoning skills
* Evidence of CPD and reflective practice
* Critical Appraisal Skills
* Ability to maintain legible and accurate records.
* Previous experience working at Band 5 level.
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES)
* Demonstrates positive attitude and behaviours
* Ability to communicate effectively with people with complex difficulties
* Recognises own limitations and have willingness to share and learn from others
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work well in a team
* Ability to make decisions and problem solve when dealing with routine situations
* Ability to organise own work and caseload
* Ability to work in a stressful environment and concentrate in conditions requiring emotional demands
* Access to transport to fulfill community rotations
* Current full UK driving license
