This programme does not require a degree, but candidates must be passionate about technology and ready to learn. You’ll gain the practical skills you need to succeed in roles like Network Engineering and Cyber Security, and start working full-time with our banking client after training. What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy Our Academy training covers everything you need to thrive in tech: Python programming fundamentals. MySQL and database management. DevOps tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Docker. CI/CD practices with Jenkins, version control, and Agile development. Linux scripting and automation. Financial and banking concepts explained at a high level. Professional skills and interview techniques to help you shine. What You Need to Succeed A genuine passion for technology. Analytical thinking and confidence working with numbers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus: experience working in a team or collaborative environment. You must live within 20 miles OR 45 minute commute to Stevenage Committed to attending the office 5 days a week You must have the right to work in the UK.
