Overview

Job Title: Sales Manager – Industrial & Commercial Doors

Location: Nelson

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic + OTE £75,000 | 28 days holiday increasing with length of service | Company car | Generous bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About Us

My client is part of a group of companies based in the North West and East Anglia. Predominantly servicing customers within the food industry but also serving main contractors and facilities management companies across the UK. With Expansion year on year, we have a detailed and ambitious expansion plan for the future.

We are now looking to recruit a proven and experienced Sales Manager to join our Management Team and take control of the sales process from start to finish.


Responsibilities

* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Respond to and convert warm inbound sales leads
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships
* Assist the Sales Director with strategy, planning, and key account management
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets
* Lead client meetings, site visits, and project briefings
* Prepare and present quotations and proposals
* Contribute to team sales meetings and overall business growth strategy


The Ideal Candidate

* Previous sales experience in the fire and security or industrial/commercial doors sector is essential
* Strong background in account management and client relationship management
* Motivated, target-driven, and keen to progress within the business
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Organised, professional, and confident managing large or complex client accounts
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team


Benefits

* Basic salary of £40,000 – £50,000
* OTE of up to £75,000
* Company car provided
* 28 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 33 days)
