Key Responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering a professional and high standard of customer service. Assisting with the onboarding of new matters, including preparing confirmation of instruction documentation and maintaining accurate client records. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Conveyancing team while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory procedures. Supporting due diligence processes and assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks. Handling routine telephone enquiries from clients and third parties, ensuring information is recorded accurately and efficiently. About You Previous experience within an administrative role is essential; experience within legal, conveyancing, or property sectors would be advantageous but is not required. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively within a busy environment. Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A proactive, team-focused approach with strong communication skills. Available to work full-time from the Taunton office.
