A leading global law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment practice in Belfast.

The Role
You will advise on the full range of employment law matters, including transactional support, restructurings, investigations and advisory work, both domestically and internationally.
You will also work on employment tribunal litigation, global projects and strategic HR issues, collaborating closely with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
* 2 to 4 years PQE
* Strong employment law experience gained within a leading employment practice
* Excellent academics and high-quality training
* Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative approach
