About the Role and Person
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a tutor in Floristry to provide high‑quality teaching and learning on our Floristry courses.
Our floristry department offers a wide range of courses ranging from the Level 1 Foundation Diploma in Floristry through to the Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry. It also runs a number of short workshops throughout the year including tablescape workshops, eco‑floristry workshops, floral table decor workshops and a winter wreath workshop.
We welcome applications from experienced tutors and from those with relevant industry experience who are interested in passing on their skills to others. If you are an enthusiastic individual with the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students and if you are able to impart knowledge and develop understanding that promotes a love of learning and develops intellectual curiosity, we want to hear from you.
You will be joining an established and highly successful award‑winning team.
This is a part‑time position working 28.8 hours per week. The actual salary is £22,161.60‑£24,531.20 for unqualified and £25,881.60‑£34,149.60 for qualified lecturers.
