As part of our growing Property & Estate Services team, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the voids journey and help prepare homes for new residents quickly and to a high standard. You’ll enjoy a role with real variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop specialist expertise in void property management.

This is not a traditional surveying role—it’s about driving quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring homes are ready to welcome new residents, playing a vital role in supporting communities and improving the overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll be focused on preparing homes for new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient turnaround. You will:

• Work across our portfolio to ensure properties are ready for re-let to a high standard
• Take ownership of void properties, supporting a smooth and efficient turnaround process
• Engage with internal teams and partners to keep progress on track
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
• Use digital and smart systems to record activity and manage progress
• Manage your own workload and schedule, balancing multiple properties and priorities

Selection process

Your application will progress through the following stages:

• Application Review - Your CV and supporting documents will be reviewed by Reed Recruitment against the essential criteria outlined in the Skills & Experience section of this advert. Please ensure your CV clearly demonstrates how you meet the required criteria in order to be considered.
• Telephone / Microsoft Teams Interview - If shortlisted, you will be invited to an initial telephone interview. During this stage, you will be assessed against the Skills & Experience criteria and your overall suitability for the position.
• Assessment Centre - Successful candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre, which will take place on one of the following dates - 14th-15th July 2026. This is the final stage of the selection process and will determine the outcome of your application.
• Feedback - Feedback will be provided following the Assessment Centre stage. Please note that feedback is only available to candidates who attend the Assessment Centre. Successful candidates will then be considered for an offer.
