About The Role
Due to growing student numbers, we're expanding our team. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Installation professional to join us in delivering high-quality teaching, training and assessment across Levels 1-2.
Whether you already have experience in lecturing or are looking for a career change or new challenge, we can support you to transition into teaching. Prior teaching experience is not essential.
You will:
* Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation (practical and theory)
* Deliver units such as AC theory, single/three-phase systems, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materials
* Support learners to ensure retention, progression and achievement
* Provide tutorial support and guidance on academic, personal and welfare matters
* Work collaboratively within course teams and contribute to curriculum development
* Participate in exams, marking, employer engagement and parent liaison
What You’ll Need
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Electrical Installation (up to Level 3)
* Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting learners
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
* Ability to work effectively, safely and professionally in workshop and classroom environments
