Enjoy a long term, self-employed Painter role based in Leicester, working for a respected and well-established property maintenance firm.
As a Painter you will be:
1. All aspects of internal painting and decorating within domestic properties
2. Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections
3. Sand, smooth, and clean surfaces before painting
4. Remove old paint, wallpaper, or finishes when required
5. Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with coverings or tape
6. Hang wallpaper or wall coverings
7. Match or mix paint colours as required
8. Follow design plans or client preferences

9. Previous domestic painting and decorating experience
10. A full UK driving licence
11. Their own transport
12. Their own tools
The Painter role is offering:
13. Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
14. Local work
15. Fuel allowance
