The Role
They are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and a strong focus on data-driven performance. In this role, you\'ll create and refine targeted PPC campaigns, analyze key metrics to enhance results, and play a key role in shaping digital strategy. Collaborating within a dedicated team, you\'ll have the support of your team around you while taking the lead in client discussions and campaign direction.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
* Use data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
* Manage media planning, setup, reporting, and budgets.
* Build strong client relationships through strategy and reporting.
* Lead internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Stay updated on industry trends to improve results.
* Collaborate with teams to strengthen campaign strategies.
What You’ll Need
* 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience, especially in Google Ads.
* Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4.
* Proactive, innovative approach to digital marketing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
* Adaptability to new advertising platforms.
* Team player in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Ads or emerging platforms.
* Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
