We offer a salary of up to £37,000 dependent of experience.

As a Creative Visual Associate at Fenwick, you will work closely with the Creative Visual Manager to deliver clear, practical toolkits that guide store Visual Merchandising (VM) teams in the effective execution of campaigns and creative projects. Your focus will be to enhance campaign rollouts across all Fenwick stores, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in visual presentation.
You will support the Creative Visual and Standards Managers in developing briefs and concepts used by external designers and production partners, while collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, and store teams to improve retail spaces and implement creative standards. This includes helping to shape styling guides and creative standards packs to maintain and elevate mannequin and fixture presentation.
Working as part of the wider Brand and Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering compelling customer experiences across all touchpoints. From supporting cultural and brand initiatives to collaborating with the Graphics team on full 360° creative campaigns, you’ll help drive innovation and visual excellence across the business.
About you:
* Strong creative visual aesthetic - ideally gained in fashion beauty and home retailing.
* Strong background in visual display – windows, pop up’s, internal space layouts and Mannequin dressing, graphic and vinyl application.
* Strong commercial understanding of spatial design, retail visual merchandising and how these impact increased sales.
* Project management skills are advantageous.
* Detail orientated and time focussed.
* Strong interpersonal skills and team outlook.
* Highly organised and able to work with multiple works streams and deadlines.
* IT literate – SketchUp or alternative CAD application knowledge is essential, In-design knowledge desired.
