Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Customer Service Agent for a well-established Courier company. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
Job Description:-
General Customer Services duties including:
* Reviewing and tracking POD’s (proof of deliveries)
* Communicating with customers, suppliers, and retailers enquiries via the telephone/email
* Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments, undelivered shipments & customer queries, liaising with overseas delivery partners
* Updating details on in-house system (full training given)
Processing Distributions:
* Creating waybills for packages
* Picking and Packing from the warehouse
* Distributing packages to required destination
Quoting prices to clients for Distributions and Exports
Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service
Strong Administration and Computer Skills
Team Player
Able to use own initiative
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
