Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Repairs Manager to join an organisation to lead the delivery of planned works projects on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Repairs Manager:
* Act as the point of contact for escalation relating to tenant issues and complaints
* Support the Contract Manager in the management of sub-contractors to ensure SLA's, quality or service, value for money, and safe working methods are achieved
* Carry out one-to-ones and appraisals
* Coach and train line reports to be able to manage conflict, issues, and poor performance of staff
* Measure operational delivery performance
* Provide cost estimates in terms of time, materials, programme of works, risk assessments and method statements
* Work closely with clients and maintain good working relationships
* Ensure all complaints are recorded and resolved within a timely manner
* Set budgets
* Ensure Health and Safety practices and policies are followed and adhered to by all the resources utilised in the delivery of the work
