An excellent opportunity has arisen in Lloyds British for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position working 39 hours a week, salary to be discussed at interview stage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, load testing, pull testing, occasional destructive testing, manning the rigging loft and inspection of lifting accessories. We hire, engage and retain talented employees who match our capabilities and offer comprehensive training including manufacturer and LEEA advanced courses.
* Experience working in the lifting equipment industry
* LEEA certification
* Entry level Engineering, Mechanics NVQ/City & Guilds desirable but not essential
* Experience with working in a testing environment
* Attention to detail; good problem solving and practical skills
* Good communication skills and ability to analyze and share knowledge
* Full UK driver’s license
