Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation, documenting daily
* Handle all food preparations and duties as per standards and policies
* Monitor food portioning, costs, and waste to maintain profitability
* Train, guide, and supervise demi chefs and commis chefs
* Be knowledgeable of all menus and assist in developing new menus
* Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
* Provide daily feedback and report issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant culinary qualification
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a similar standard establishment
* Excellent skills in various cooking methods and ingredients
* Ability to think quickly and adapt to guest requests and menu changes
* Good time management and multitasking skills
* Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Fluent English language skills and right to work in the UK
* Must live locally or be able to commute
