About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionateSenior Android Developer with a strong command overKotlin and a solid grasp ofagile methodologies, and modern engineering practices such asTest-Driven Development (TDD) andExtreme Programming (XP). Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile and XP environment.
* Engage inpair programming and help foster a collaborative engineering culture.
* Set up and maintainCI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
* Adhere toTDD principles and write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
* Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
* Stay up to date with Android development best practices, tools, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development.
* Proficiency inKotlin and Android SDK.
* Experience withCI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar.
* Strong understanding and application ofTest-Driven Development (TDD).
* Experience working inExtreme Programming (XP) environments.
* Comfortable withpair programming and agile ceremonies.
* Good communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
