We're looking for an approachable and attentive Door Host to join our security team. In this role you will greet and assist guests at our venues, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression on park. - Assist with helping to manage venue capacity and flow, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to. - Check guest and owner pass and provide information on entertainment, and facilities, supporting any queries. - Ensure guest and owner safety and comfort by monitoring entrances and exits and reporting any issues. - Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and secure environment Requirements - Previous experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage. - Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages. - Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. - Flexible with availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak times. - A team player with a proactive approach to assisting guests and colleagues.
