Location: Marylebone, Central London (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site)
Salary: £46,215 per annum
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Join our client’s team in Marylebone as a Functional Assessor, conducting Work Capability Assessments (WCA)on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Who Can Apply? We welcome applications from:
* Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)– NMC registration required
* Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics – HCPC registration required
* Minimum 12 months post-registration experience required
What You’ll Do
* Conduct WCA assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face
* Write clear, evidence-based medical reports for the DWP
* Work independently while supported by a clinical team
* Manage your time effectively to meet quality and performance standards
What to Expect
* On-Site Days (3/week): Team briefings, in-person assessments, report writing, and peer support
* Remote Days (2/week): Virtual assessments and report completion from home
