The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Proven experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a quality hotel environment Excellent guest relations experience with a genuine passion for personalised service Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to train, coach and inspire others A hands-on management style and the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of front office systems and operational procedures A professional, positive attitude aligned with Marriott’s culture and service philosophy Marriot experience is very welcome.
