Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) Outdoor Nursery and Forest School

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner who loves working outdoors in all seasons and understands the immense value of nature:based learning.
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
Plan and deliver high:quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Support childrens development through responsive, in:the:moment planning.
Create engaging opportunities that promote curiosity, independence, and wellbeing.
Work closely with children in our outdoor learning environment, whatever the weather.
Help embed Forest School principles and Scandinavian:inspired practices throughout the nursery experience.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
Experience planning and supporting childrens learning and development.
A genuine passion for outdoor education and child:led learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
Forest School Level 3 qualification.
Experience working within a Forest School or outdoor nursery environment.
For candidates who demonstrate a passion for outdoor learning, opportunities may be available to undertake Forest School Level 3 training as part of ongoing professional development.
