What We’re Looking For
* A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor
* Great communication skills; you’re confident chatting with teammates, customers, and suppliers
* Ability to be organised and manage your own workload like a pro
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
* A proactive mindset, you spot what needs doing and get stuck in
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
* Creating sales invoices
* Reconciling supplier accounts and creating payment runs
* Updating the fixed asset register and managing disposals
* Coordinating employee expense claims
* Posting daily bank transactions and reconciling accounts weekly
* Keeping on top of credit control and customer follow-ups
* Handling mail, answering calls, and managing correspondence
* Managing holiday records and keeping internal calendars up to date
* Filing and organising documents — both digital and physical
* Pitching in with general office tasks whenever needed
