The business is currently embarking on an ambitious and exciting growth phase and the ideal candidate will display the following:
1. Forward thinking - modern approach to financial planning
2. 'New school' thinker, be open to the possibilities of AI
3. Ideally Chartered status but minimum Level 4 Qualification
4. Track record of growing and developing IFA's
5. Commercially aware, able to promote the practice, network and be one of the figureheads of the organisation
As the Head of Wealth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the firm. You will be responsible for overseeing the Wealth Management department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and driving strategic growth. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a deep understanding of wealth management, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success.
The role will be pivotal in shaping the firms ongoing success and the successful candidate will be part of the core Leadership group.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive wealth management strategy that aligns with our clients' needs and market trends.
6. Lead a team of 16 talented Financial Advisors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth
7. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes
8. Drive business development initiatives to attract and retain high-net-worth clients, expanding our client base and assets under management
9. Stay abreast of industry regulations and market trends, incorporating best practices into our wealth management offerings
10. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners and external advisors.
11. Adding strategic value to the business
Qualifications/Experience:
Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management.
12. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within wealth management, demonstrating strong business results and client satisfaction
13. In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and wealth management solutions
14. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
15. Strong business development acumen, with a track record of attracting and retaining high-net-worth clients
16. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
