Plan your next career move with us. We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team at the K-Power depot. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, looking to support the day-to-day running of depot operations What you'll do: Greet and advise trainees upon arrival at the depot. Process previous day off-hires efficiently and accurately. Oversee the stock-transfer process between sites. Communicate daily department figures and staffing information to Head Office. Carry out other general administrative duties as required. Order and track parts as needed to support operational requirements. What you'll need: Previous experience in an administration role. Strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Solid IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office. A helpful, customer-focused attitude and professional telephone manner.
