Children’s Support Worker – Leaving Care & Independent Living Location Oldham Salary £13.00 to £14.50 per hour dependent on experience Hours Full Time Day Shifts, Sleep Ins and Waking Nights Available 40 hours per week Contract Permanent Essential Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience within children’s residential, supported living or leaving care services • Experience supporting challenging behaviour and complex needs • Full UK driving licence preferred • PMVA, MAPA or equivalent training desirable • Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries • Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends • Passion for supporting young people towards independence The Role We are recruiting experienced and passionate Children’s Support Workers to support young people aged 16 to 21 transitioning from the care system into independent living across Manchester, Oldham and Burnley.
