Working across 4 Sites….3 in Buxton….1 in Glossop Own Vehicle Essential
37.5hrs
Temp - Perm
Early 8-4 – Middle 10-6 – Late 12-8
Monday – Friday
The role:
* Working for a Housing Association
* Supporting young people within care, including UASC and looked after children
* Supporting towards independence and living in their own property
* Supporting with education, health, and day to day support
* Working with 16-19 care leavers, looked after children and also UASC
* (unaccompanied asylum seeking children)
An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is Required for this role
