More About Your Role
We are looking for a Duty Supervisor / Trainee Duty Manager who is keen to gain experience and take on some Duty Manager duties. You will help ensure the safe and efficient running of the centre, maintain a high profile with customers and operational staff, and act as a mentor and role model to support training and development of staff.

More About You
You will have excellent communication and social skills, as you will often be the first point of contact for customers. You will have strong attention to detail to ensure safety and the cleanliness of our centre and pool environment. You will be responsible for ensuring our cleaning schedule is adhered to and the preparation of areas and equipment, so you will need to be hardworking with a conscientious attitude and show initiative.
Ideally, you will hold your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date NPLQ training records. Holding the National Pool Plant qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
