The Opportunity

Based in a newly opened, purpose-built distribution centre in Hampshire, the company is expanding its reach across the UK and internationally. You will be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team at a time of transformation and opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:


We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join a commercial team, focused on supporting and growing a portfolio of independent retail accounts. This is a junior leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.


You will be responsible for:


* Managing and expanding a portfolio of independent retail accounts.
* Identifying and onboarding new retail partners.
* Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
* Attending trade shows and customer meetings.


This role offers a mix of strategic input and hands-on business development, with the opportunity to shape the performance of a high-profile category.


Ideal Candidate:

* FMCG
* Consumer goods

* Distribution
* Or any other fast-moving, customer-focused sector
