Benefits 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days Pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development On-site parking Travel/ Car allowance Key Responsibilities Site Support Regular site visits to support project managers, supervisors, and operatives in implementing safe working practices Provide practical, risk-based guidance to site teams Work collaboratively with site management to resolve safety challenges Audits & Inspections Conduct site inspections and audits with a focus on significant risks Recommend improvements that enhance safety without impacting project progress Risk Management Assist with the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Ensure safety procedures are clear, practical, and proportionate Incident Investigation Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses Identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Culture & Training Promote a positive and proactive safety culture Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings Support site teams in continuously improving safety standards Requirements Essential NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH General Certificate Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 Experience conducting site inspections and providing practical safety support Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with site teams Full UK driving licence Desirable SMSTS or SSSTS IOSH membership Experience working with small to medium-sized contractors
