Job Description: TXM are currently looking to recruit a Stores Operative / Administrator on a permanent basis in our customers busy Stores Department. It is important that the person who applies has an eye for detail and can follow company working practices to ensure the product leaves the companies workshop right first time. Responsibilities: * Working as part of a team under the supervision of the Stores Manager * Record materials/parts into sage system * Picking of kits & picklists * Liaise with other departments when materials/parts arrive. * Completing weekly/monthly stocktakes as requested. * Printing despatch paperwork * Sales Invoicing. * Arranging goods to be collected via transport portals. * Running reports. * Loading/Offloading goods from vehicles if required.
