Warehouse Shift Supervisor
£32,000 per year | Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm (30-minute paid break)
Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a team of 15 in a busy and fast-paced warehouse. If you’ve got a background in warehouse leadership and a passion for people and performance, this could be your next great move.
What the role involves:
*Taking charge of daily warehouse activities, ensuring targets are hit and quality remains high
.Supporting, coaching, and developing your team-handling absences, performance reviews, and investigations
*Promoting and upholding a strong health & safety culture on shift
What you’ll bring:
*A proven track record in a similar warehouse supervisory role
*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on and positive approach
*MHE and/or Counterbalance experience would be beneficial, but not essential
