Job Description
We are recruiting for a DC Implementation Manager to join us on a 12-month contract, supporting the growth and retention of LGIM’s Corporate business by providing a comprehensive service to the Client Implementation Team, Client Relationship Teams, and agreed clients using effective project management methodology, organisation, and communication approaches.
What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting the production of appropriate documentation demonstrating how the project is being managed, leading on this for agreed clients. Supporting the relevant teams by arranging project meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating, and documenting actions.
2. Supporting and leading workstreams in the process for transfer business, providing support for clients to be able to move assets into LGIM, including all DC workplace products as required.
3. Working closely in support of other DC Pensions Distribution team colleagues to assist in maximising new business opportunities at tender, beauty parade, and site visit stages with the production of opportunity-specific project documentation, and supporting these activities.
4. Collaborating with DC Workplace Operations, Communication, and Change colleagues to support all aspects of the project process, leading work streams where necessary.
5. Ensuring effective communication with all parties involved in the project, both external and internal, and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
6. Reviewing and maintaining project plans, transition process maps, and other project management templates to improve quality and efficiency.
7. Holding Post Implementation Reviews with clients, collecting feedback, and facilitating lessons learned sessions.
8. Maintaining knowledge of LGIM DC Pensions propositions and processes, keeping abreast of market activity and legislative developments to support informed implementation processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong communication skills, able to articulate information clearly both in writing and verbally.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Experience in Pensions (DB or DC) is desirable but not essential.
4. Confident, proactive, and a team player.
5. Ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
6. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
7. Excellent attention to detail and focus on improving business performance.
8. Knowledge of workplace pension solutions and marketplace is advantageous but not mandatory.
