We’re supporting a leading fresh produce business in hiring a B2B Account Manager to oversee a rapidly expanding retail account now worth over £3.5m. The partnership has grown faster than anticipated, and the business now needs someone dedicated to managing the relationship day‑to‑day - ensuring consistent communication, smooth delivery, and a standout customer experience.
The role:
* Take full ownership of a key retail account, acting as the main day‑to‑day contact
* Build strong relationships with the customer and internal teams to ensure service excellence
* Manage data, forecasts, and performance reports, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
* Oversee delivery, stock, and availability performance to keep things running smoothly
* Identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship and drive account growth
* Focus on key product areas such as mango, ensuring high quality and consistency
