Perform high qualitative or specific administration tasks and/or support, which includes planning, analysing or reporting accountabilities, for an organisation assigned.
Role & responsibilities
* Take over accountabilities for defined complex administrative tasks.
* Analyse data sources and validate information with respect to the information needs of management or other stakeholders.
* Create meaningful reports, and comments on data and information.
* Propose measures for improving administration‑related processes.
* Cooperate with other specialists or professionals on planning the course of specific transactions.
* Communicate with external stakeholders to keep them informed on behalf of management.
