What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans that cater to individual needs.

To thrive in this Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse position, you will need:
* A Degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
* Proven experience working as a Mental Health Nurse, demonstrating your ability to manage complex cases.
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
