Compliance Analyst - Manchester/Hybrid working - £37,500 A fantastic opportunity is now available for someone either towards the start of their Compliance career, or someone who's been supporting Financial Advisers in a Technical (Paraplanning) capacity who wants to make the switch to Compliance. The company do this role developing into a more senior one in the coming years. You'll be working in a supportive environment, receive ongoing training and development, and around others in what is a dedicated Compliance function for the business. The main purpose of the role is assessing suitability. You'll conduct regular reviews of client files and the completeness of documentation and disclosures. Identify and escalate issues or areas for improvement. provide constructive feedback and help promote continuous improvement.
