German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Commutable from Birmingham, Stafford, Telford, Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield, Rugeley
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Main Duties:
To deliver high-quality customer service and logistical support for UK and international clients while working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
The Role:
– Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and online portals
– Handle booking requests via internal systems and client platforms
– Liaise with UK and European customers and partners
– Coordinate with internal departments: imports, exports, warehousing, domestic transport
– Manage escalations and follow up on service issues
– Support sales activity: prospecting, quoting, onboarding new clients
– Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
– Assist the wider Customer Solutions and Sales Hub teams
– Maintain accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes
– Participate in training to stay up to date on procedures
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
– Background in customer service and/or logistics (road freight preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
– Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
– Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
– Flexible and proactive mindset
Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
