Job Description
We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met while maintaining an exceptional level of service delivery.
* Ensure all customer jobs are processed, and sales reviews and reporting are delivered to our customers on time.
* Development, management, and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for all customers in line with quality standards.
* Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role has experience in:
* Customer Service
* Handling multiple lines of communication
* Using MS Office systems
You will also have:
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience working within food / food safety
