Role Description
Killeavy Castle Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a full-time, on-site role. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of food service, maintain high-quality dining experiences, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include coordinating with team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, providing training to staff, and optimizing operations to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Proficient in Customer Service with a proven ability to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Experience in staff Training to uphold standards and support ongoing professional development.
Demonstrated skills in Budgeting and cost control within food and beverage operations.
Organisational and leadership skills to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and manage teams effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on sustainability and high service standards.
Previous management experience in a similar role is preferred, and a relevant degree or certification is advantageous.
