This newly created role plays a key part in strengthening Health & Safety, compliance governance, and profit protection across a busy, fast-paced environment.Site OverviewMcLaren has moved to a new subsidy model, reducing casual dining main meal prices. This has driven increased footfall, larger team numbers, and additional till equipment, making strong compliance oversight essential. The RoleAs Compliance Manager, you will support the site leadership team by ensuring all HSE and profit protection systems, processes, and controls are implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.
