Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Technologist role based in Magherafelt. The Architectural Technologist will work closely with other team members to develop detailed technical information from initial design through to construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and updating architectural drawings, preparing and coordinating working and construction drawings, and ensuring that all technical information meets relevant building regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, responding to technical queries, and supporting planning and building control submissions. The Architectural Technologist will also assist in project coordination, attend site visits as required, and help resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
