Development Manager (Highways Engineer) - Contract - Nottinghamshire
I’m currently working with a trusted client who is looking for a Development Manager (Highways Engineer) to join them on a 3 month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This role will focus on highways associated with residential developments, with responsibility for S38 / S278 design checking and working closely with developers.
Role details:
* Development Manager (Highways Engineer)
* 3 month rolling contract (likely to extend)
* £DOE p/h - Outside IR35
* 37.5 hour week
* 1 day per week in Nottinghamshire
Experience required:
* S38 / S278
* Residential developer experience
* Comfortable in client and developer facing roles
