We are a long-standing family run business who are an industry leader in providing Security, Fire, Reception and Data System solutions to high rise, new builds and occupied residential sites.We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Desk and Small Works Administrator to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination of service, maintenance and small works activities, while supporting continuous improvement of systems and processes. T his is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy and can keep all the plates spinning, able to reprioritise with excellent organisational skills. Role Responsibilities and Duties for Service Desk and Small Works Administrator Managing delivery of service, repairs, maintenance, PPMs and small works Monitoring and responding to service and small works emails Liaising with clients to arrange and confirm access Allocating work and scheduling engineer visits Ensuring access arrangements for engineer visits Sending reminders for scheduled visits Answering customer queries Chasing outstanding quotations Updating clients with job status and ETAs Sending job completion reports and customer feedback Inputting and maintaining asset-related data Preparing and checking O & M manuals at handover Liaising with stores and supplies to ensure parts availability Adhoc administrative duties as required Qualifications & Experience Required: 2 years experience in a Service Desk environment.
