QED Legal are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their client's reputable law firm based in different areas in Enfield.
The ideal candidate will have MIN 1 yr experience within a Residential Conveyancing department as support such as Assistant, Paralegal.
You will be experienced of SDLT Returns and Land Registry, as well as assisting on general leasehold, freehold matters.
You must have good telephone manners, can do audio typing, and efficient general office skills. You will also have understanding of private client terminology.
Firm offers a super friendly team, good progression and support to gain a CLC qualification.
