Job Overview
The Reviewing and Reorganisation Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management and organisation of resources, particularly in environments involving children. This role is a temporary 3-month appointment to work along side the current Responsible Individual to support them in this process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and how to best support their development.
We are a small sized, child care company providing care to LAC children that requires a service review, reorganisation and restructure.

Our homes provide safe, consistent and therapeutic environments based upon a cognitive behavioural approach. Our staff teams are considerably experienced and possess nationally accredited qualifications.
Requirements
* Senior Management experience in Children's Residential Sector
* Ofsted Compliance Knowledge
* Experience of reviewing and reorganisation
* HR experience and knowledge
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement reorganisation strategies that enhance workflow and productivity.
* Collaborate with team members to gather insights and feedback on current practices.
* Ensure that all changes align with organisational goals and best practices for working with children.
* Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
* Prepare reports summarising findings, recommendations, and progress updates for management.
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the reorganisation process.
This would be on a consultancy basis
