You will lead by example, supervise and support care staff, and work closely with the management team to maintain a safe, caring, and homely environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred care to residents. Supervise, mentor, and support care assistants during shifts. Assist with care planning, record-keeping, and accurate documentation. Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. Administer medication in line with policies and procedures (training provided if required). Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider team.
