Head of Quality – Linx Printing Technologies

Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the quality vision and roadmap.
* Lead and develop the quality team.
* Set supplier quality standards and conduct audits.
* Drive supplier improvement to reduce defects.
* Oversee quality controls in production and improve pass rates.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
* Launch initiatives to reduce field failures and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Use customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Operations to embed quality in the product lifecycle.
* Support new product launches with proactive quality planning.
* Promote Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
Essential Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field is desired but not essential.
* Extensive experience in quality roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean (VES) and statistical process control.
* Proven track record in leadership and development of high‑performing teams.
* Availability to work onsite from our office in St Ives.
